Unity Housing Support is a provider of supported accommodation for vulnerable adults with a focus on single homeless prevention and development of independence and good health.
Who We Help
We work with a wide range of clients groups, ranging in age, background and support requirements. Unity Housing Support is proud of our inclusivity and diversity of our customer base. The groups of person most commonly referred to ourselves includes:
Those who suffer mental health difficulties
Those who have learning difficulties
Those who have a history of substance misuse
Care Leavers
Prison Leavers
Refugees and asylum seekers
Those fleeing domestic violence or discrimination in their past home
This list is not exclusive and we are open to all referrals that meet our criteria.
Unique support plan
Once onboarded to our service, Unity Housing Support works closely with our service users to provide them with a unique support plan and to support, guide and advise them throughout their journey with us.
Identifying support needs and planning for overcoming these difficulties involves; a combination of intensive work from our housing support team, and suitable signposting to other specialist support services that we work with to deliver a high quality service.
Dedicated out of hours helpline
Whilst our service runs during standard business hours, we understand that support needs and emergencies can happen at any time. As such we run a dedicated out of hours helpline who will do everything they can to support our service users 24 hours a day.
